Ingredients

Chicken Thigh Meat
2 Pieces (500g)
Welsh Onion
6cm
Red Chili Pepper (Deseeded)
2 Peppers

Seasonings

Soy Sauce
4 tbsp
Sake for cooking
4 tbsp
Shichimi Seasoning
As needed

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Finely chop the welsh onions and red chili peppers before putting them in a sealed plastic bag.
Add in the seasoning for soy sauce and sake.

Poke holes in the chicken skin with a fork and cut open thick parts.

Add the chicken into your sealed plastic bag from step  2, close, turn it over a few times, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Place the chicken skin-side up on the rack.
Select [16] GRILL/NO PREHEAT, press ENTER.

Select GRILL, press ENTER.

Press START.

After cooking,  sprinkle the Shichimi Seasoning.
