Ingredients

Pork Shoulder Loin (Block)
600g
Twine

Seasonings

Soy Sauce
1/2 cup
Sugar
3 tbsp
Cooking Sake
3 tbsp
Spring Onion (Finely Chopped)
A Pinch
Ginger, Garlic (Grated)
A Pinch

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Bind the pork with twine to where It is about 6-7cm at its thickest point.

Place the porks  and sauce in a sealed plastic bag, remove all air, and close the bag.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Line the baking tray with aluminum foil and place the rack on top.
Remove excess sauce from the meat and place it on top of the rack.
Select MANUAL COOK, WATER OVEN 2, press ENTER.

Select 1 TRAY, NO PREHEAT, press ENTER.

Select 170°C, press ENTER. 1 hour - 1 hour 5 minutes, press ENTER.

After cooking, let it stand in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Stab through to the CENTER with a bamboo skewer, and if clear juice comes out, the meat is done.
Once cooled, remove the twine and slice thinly.

 

Tips: Simmer the marinated sauce the already cooked in and pour it over the cooked pork for a pan delicious finish.
