Ingredients

Prawns (Deshelled & Deveined)
16 Prawns (320g)
Shimeji Mushrooms (In small bunches)
1 Pack (100g)
Welsh Onion (Finely Chopped)

Seasonings

Cooking sake (Ingredient A)
2 Tsp
Potato Starch Flour (Ingredient A)
1 1/3 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup (Ingredient B)
3 Tbsp
Cooking Sake, Soy Sauce (Ingredient B)
1 1/2 Tbsp each
Sugar, Potato Starch Flour (Ingredient B)
2 Tsp each
Sesame Oil (Ingredient B)
1 Tsp
Doubanjiang (Ingredient B)
1/2 Tsp
Chicken Stock Powder (Ingredient B)
1/2 Tsp
Water (Ingredient B)
3 Tbsp

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Mix the prawns with all ingredients of A.

Place the shimeji mushrooms, welsh onion, and all ingredients of B in a flat bottom, heat-resistant dish.

Add in the prawns from step 2 and mix well. Finally, place on the Baking tray.

Select AUTO SENSOR COOK, NO FROZEN INGREDIENTS, STIR FRY and press START.

Within 30 seconds, set the cooking adjustment to MORE.

 

* When cooking manually: WATER OVEN 2 / 1 tray/NO PREHEAT/about 23 minutes at 200°C.

 

Mix well when done.
