Ingredients

Fried tofu
4 pcs
Eggplant - cut into wedges
1 pc
Lotus root
1 pc
Green chillies
4 pcs

Seasonings

Grated daikon with ponzu sauce
As needed

Steps

Slice the thick fried tofu into bite size.

 Cut the vegetables into bite size and lightly coat with olive oil.

Cover green chillies with aluminum foil.

Place all the ingredients on baking rack.
