

Blueberry Bun

Ingredients
500gm bread flour
1 sachet instant yeast
70gm castor sugar
3/4 tsp salt
80gm shortening
300ml water
300 blueberry jam
50gm flake almond
Egg wash
Flake almond

How To:
- Mix flour with yeast, sugar, salt and shortening with Sharp Stand Mixer.
- Add in water and knead until dough pliable.
- Proof dough for 30 - 40 min.
- Roll out dough into square shape andspread blueberry jam and falke almond.
- Roll dough, egg wash and cutinto 9-12 pieces.
- Sprinkle with flake almond.
- Bake buns under Super Bake 2, 200 deg C for 20-30 min.
Five Spice Roast Chicken

Ingredients
1.5kg whole chicken - wash & dry
4 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp five spice powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar

How To:
- Marinate whole chicken and set aside.
- Select AUTO COOK SUPER ROASTmode for Roast Chicken.
- Key in weight 1.5kg. Select standard cooking.
- Press START. (Oven will automatically be preheated and once over an audible signal will be sound).
- Place chicken onto rack. (Timing will begiven automatically accordingly to programmed weight). Press START.
- At half of the time stop the oven,turnover chicken and continue roasting.
Shao Mai

Ingredients
350gm Minced Chicken
200gm Shrimps
28 to 32 pcs Wanton Wrap
Seasonings
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 tsp Chicken Powder
Pepper to taste

How To:
- Remove shells from shrimps and marinate with salt (1/2 tsp), thenrinse and pat dry.
- Mix treated shrimps, minced chickenwith seasonings well. Gradually add inextra cornstarch until it turns gluey.
- Take out 2 tsp of mixed ingredientsand fold into a wanton wrap.
- Put 13 to 15 prepared dumplings onto a greased plate (28cm in diameter). Brush dumplings with oil and spray with water.
- Place the plate on the rack and cookusing MANUAL COOK, STEAM mode for 12 minutes.
- Repeat steps (4) and (5) for theremaining dumplings.
Mango Juice

Ingredients
(1 cup = 240ml)
1 large mango
1 cup of water
Optional:
1 inch ginger
1 lemon or lime
2 tbsps chia seeds

How To:
- Wash mango thoroughly and chill.Peel the skin
- Cut the mango to cubes and add themto SHARP blender with ice cube
- Pour 1 cut of water
- Blend until smooth and servemango juice immediately
