Ingredients

Whole leg Chickens – chopped pieces
2 pcs
Rice
200gm
Eggs
2 pcs

Seasonings

Ginger Paste
1 tbsp
Hainanese Premix
2 tbsp
Abalone Sauce
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
½ tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Spring Onion – Chopped
1 Stalk
Coriander Leaves – chopped
2 Stalks

Steps

Mix all seasonings into 2 whole leg chickens (chopped pieces).

Place the chickens and rice together in the tray.
Then put inside Sharp Healsio Superheated Steam Over.
Press STEAM HIGH for 30 minutes.

Put in eggs 12 minutes before.

And ready to be served.
