Ingredients

Whole chicken
1kg
Red, Yellow & Green capsicum – sliced
1 pc each
Fresh brown mushroom
200gm
White mushroom
200gm
Button mushroom
100gm
Carrot –sliced
1 pc
Cream of mushroom soup
1 can
Cheddar cheese
100gm
Parmesan cheese
50gm

Seasonings

Grounded black pepper
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 tbsp
Salt
1 tbsp
Light soy sauce
2 tbsp
Thick black sauce
1 tbsp
Pepper
1 tbsp
Paprika
1 tbsp

Steps

Mix grounded black pepper, sugar, salt, light soy sauce and thick black sauce together with the whole chicken.
Butterfly chicken on the rack.

Mix salt, pepper, paprika and cream of mushroom soup together with the capsicum, mushroom and carrot.
Put cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese on top.

Place the chicken on the top tray and the vegetable at the bottom tray of Sharp Healsio Superheated Steam Oven.
Select SUPERSTEAM CONVECTION, select ROAST CHICKEN, 1KG and roast for 53 minutes.
