Ingredients

Bone-In Chicken Thigh Meat
4 (200g per cut)

Seasonings

Salt
1 1/3 tbsp
Soy Sauce
4 tbsp
Corn Starch
4 tbsp
Sugar
4 tbsp

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Poke holes in the chicken skin with a fork and pull the meat away from the bone on the backside.

Combine the ingredients for the sauce and the chicken in the sealed plastic bag, seal shut, turn over the bag, and then let marinate for about 30 minutes.

Place the chicken skin-side up on the rack. Select [6 -4] GRILLED CHICKEN (ADJUST PORTION), press START.

When cooking manually:16 GRILL/NO PREHEAT. WATER GRILL 2 / about 36 min. (about 33 min. for serves 2).
