Ingredients

Pork Spare ribs (10cm in Length)
600g

Seasonings

Soy Sauce
2 tbsp
Cooking Sake
1 1/2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp
Sugar
1/2 tbsp
Vegetable Oil
1/2 tbsp
Onion (Grated)
50g
Garlic (Grated)
1/2 clove
Ginger (Grated)
10g

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Place the spare ribs and sauce in a sealed plastic bag, close, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

Line the baking tray with aluminum foil, remove excess sauce from the ribs, and then place spare ribs on the rack.

Select MANUAL COOK, WATER OVEN 2, press ENTER.

Select 1 TRAY, NO PREHEAT and press ENTER.

Select 190°C, press ENTER, 30 - 35 Minutes and press START.

 

*If you stab a thick part of the meat and its comes out, continue the cooking with the EXTEND function or cook manually.
