Ingredients

Bone-In Chicken Thigh Meat
4 (200g per cut)
Marmalade (for orange sauce)
140g
Water (for orange sauce)
1 tbsp
Butter (for orange sauce)
10g

Seasonings

Salt, pepper
As needed
Corn Starch (for orange sauce)
1 tsp
Salt (for orange sauce)
1/3 Tsp
Pepper, Rosemary (for orange sauce)
As needed

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Poke holes in the chicken skin with a fork and pull the meat away from the bone on the backside.
Then season with salt and pepper.

Place the chicken skin-side up on the rack.
Select [6-4] GRILLED CHICKEN (ADJUST PORTION), press START.

 

*When cooking manually:16 GRILL/NO PREHEAT. WATER GRILL 2 / about 36 min. (about 33 min. for serves 2).

Heat up your ingredients for the orange sauce and pour it on the meat.
