Grilled Pumpkin Salad

Ingredients

Pumpkin (Sliced into 1cm Squares)
300g
Plain Yogurt (Ingredient A)
80g
Mayonnaise (Ingredient A)
1 Tbsp
Baking Paper
1 Sheet

Seasonings

Salt, Pepper (Ingredient A)
A Pinch

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Preheat the oven (Do not put the cooking accessories or food inside).

Select MANUAL COOK, choose WATER OVEN 2, then press ENTER.

Select 1 TRAY, PREHEAT, press ENTER.

Choose 250°C, then press START.

Line the Baking tray with baking paper and place the pumpkin flat on the dish.
*If using baking paper, be sure not to touch the inside of the oven.

When preheating is complete, put the Baking tray prepared in step 3 in the oven. 
Set the knob to 11 - 13 minutes and press START.

Mix together the ingredients of A, pour over the pumpkin, and then toss together with preferred vegetables.
