Ingredients

Chicken Thigh Meat (Cut into 2cm Pieces)
400g
Green Peppers (Cut into 2cm Pieces)

Welsh Onion (Cut into 1cm Slices)

Boiled Bamboo Shoots (Cut into 1cm Pieces)

Cashew Nuts
60g
Baking Paper
1 sheet

Seasonings

Salt, Pepper
A Pinch
Oyster Sauce (Ingredient A)
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce (Ingredient A)
1/2 Tsp
Ginger (Grated) (Ingredient A)
1/2 Knob
Chicken Stock Powder (Ingredient A)
1/2 Tsp
Water (Ingredient A)
4 Tsp
Potato Starch Flour (Ingredient A)
1 Tbsp

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

Mix the chicken (step 2), vegetables, and ingredients of A together.
Then, spread out evenly across the Baking tray after it has been lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle the cashew nuts on top.

Select AUTO SENSOR COOK (NO FROZEN INGREDIENTS) STIR FRY and press START.

 

*When cooking manually: WATER OVEN 2 / 1 tray/NO PREHEAT/about 18 minutes at 200°C.
