Sun-Dried Salted Horse Mackerel
4 (1 = 100g)

Put water in the water tank.

Coat the rack with oil and place the fish skin-side up on it.

Push the tail through and under the rack so that it doesn't warp.

Select 8 - 4, GRILLED FISH (ADJUST PORTION) then press START.

 

* When cooking manually:16 GRILL/NO PREHEAT. WATER GRILL 2/ 24-28 min. (22-26 min. for serves 2).
