Ingredients

Rice
1 cup = 200mL

Wash the rice and drain in a colander. Once a majority of the moisture has been drained, place in a metal bowl (21cm in diameter x 8cm in height), add in the water, and let sit for 30 minutes-1 hour.

Put water in the water tank.

Cover the bowl tightly with aluminum foil and place on the Baking tray.
Select MANUAL COOK, choose WATER OVEN 2 and press ENTER.

Select 1 TRAY, NO PREHEAT, then press ENTER.

Choose 220℃, press ENTER.

Set the timing (according to the below chart), then press START.

When done, mix the rice.

Tips for Rice & Porridge

●1 Cup of rice is 200mL.
●When cooking rice and rice porridge with the microwave setting, use a microwave-safe, heat-resistant container and plastic wrap for the lid (Please refer to page 29 of the operation manual).
*Use a dish that is double the amount of the rice and water combined to assure that it does not spill over.
