Ingredients
Pork chop - marinate in yakiniku sauce

Tiger prawn - coat in olive oil and place in aluminum foil

White onion - cut into1/2

Red capsicum - thinly slice

Steps

Place the vegetables on the sides of the baking rack.
The marinated pork in yakiniku sauce and then dab off excess sauce before placing on the rack.
Coat the tiger prawn in olive oil, place it in the aluminium foil.
Use butter sauce to create gratin-style flavour for the scallop.
Place the marinated pork, tiger prawn and scallop on the baking rack.
* How to make butter sauce
- Butter, parmesan cheese - 1 tbsp each
- Finely chopped onion - 10g
- Finely chopped parsley - As needed
Mix all together to create the butter sauce for the scallop.
