Ingredients
Mackerel fillet - season with soy sauce

Japanese sweet potatoes - cut and coat with oil

White radish - slice thinly

White crrot - slice thinly

Place fish filets on the center of the baking rack.
Place potatoes, radish and carrot on each side of the baking rack.

Select Auto Sensor Cook, No Frozen Ingredients, Grill and Start.

Once the potatoes are cooked, sweeten it with honey and sesame seeds.

Once the vegetables are cooked, marinate it with sweet vinegar (equal parts vinegar and sugar with a pinch of salt)
