Ingredients

Mackerel fillet - season with cooking sake and soy sauce
4 pcs
White radish - slice thinly
1 pc
White crrot - slice thinly
1 pc

Coat the fish with sesame seeds.

Place fish filets on the center of the baking rack, then place radish and carrot on side of the baking rack.

Select Auto Sensor Cook, No Frozen Ingredients, Grill and Start.

Once the vegetables are cooked, marinate it with sweet vinegar (equal parts vinegar and sugar with a pinch of salt)
