Ingredients

Cod fillets
4 pcs
Carrot - finely sliced (Vegetables in thick starch sauce)

White onion - finely slice (Vegetables in thick starch sauce)

Raw mushroom - finely slice (Vegetables in thick starch sauce)

Ginger - finely slice (Vegetables in thick starch sauce)

Seasonings

Soy sauce
1 tbsp
Mirin
1 tbsp
Potato starch flour
1 1/3tsp
Water
3 tbsp

Steps

Place cod fillets on the side of the rack.
Place all ingredients for vegetable in metal baking dish.


* Place the vegetables and thick starchy sauce in the metal baking dish and steam with the fish.
Mix the sauce well both before and after cooking.
