Test condition) After blowing hair by cold wind for 5 minutes, evaluate the change rate of hair moisture between right after blowing and 8 hours after blowing Result) 8 hours after blowing, the amount of moist of hair blew by cold wind without PCI was 96% while the one with PCI was 101%.
  • Examined by SHARP. Test condition) hair was blew by cold wind for 14 minutes a day (7 minutes in the morning, 7 minutes at night), for 14 days, and the surface was examined with electron microscope. Result) compared to the hair blew by wind without PCI, the effect to tighten cuticles were found in hair blew by PCI wind.
