Twine, Bamboo skewers

Put water in the water tank.

After seasoning the chicken, season the inside with salt and pepper before using twine and bamboo skewers to help it keep shape.
Then rub the entire chicken with salt and pepper and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Line the Baking tray with aluminum foil, place the rack inside, and place the chicken on top of it.
Select MANUAL COOK, WATER OVEN 2, press ENTER.
Select 1 TRAY, NO PREHEAT, press ENTER.
Select 220°C, press ENTER, 50 - 55 Minutes then press START.

Stab parts of the thigh meat with a bamboo skewer.
When clear juice comes out, the chicken is already cooked.
