Ingredients

Eggplant
4 (1 Eggplant = 100g)

Seasonings

Grated Ginger
As needed
Soy Sauce
As needed

Steps

Put water in the water tank.

Wash the eggplants, wipe dry, and then poke holes throughout with a bamboo skewer.

Line up the eggplants on the baking tray.

Select MANUAL COOK, WATER OVEN 2, press ENTER.

Select 1 TRAY, NO PREHEAT, press ENTER.

Select 250°C, press ENTER. 28 - 30 minutes then press START.

Once cooked, wipe off excess moisture and season with grated ginger and soy sauce.
